About the track
Historic temporary kart racing course at the original Metropolitan Hotel in Dubai.
Evidence and status
The hotel’s general manager recalled its early karting events in a 2008 interview. The owner confirms demolition of the original hotel in 2012. This is not the replacement Metropolitan Hotel that opened at another location, and the hotel demolition date is not a claimed last kart race date.
