Seasonal karting beside Sylvan Lake
Lakeside Go-Karts & Mini Golf is at 5324 Lakeshore Drive, close to the lakefront. Its outdoor go-kart track is part of a seasonal family attraction rather than a year-round competition venue.
The current local tourism profile confirms go-karts, bumper cars, electric kiddie cars and an 18-hole mini-golf course. Opening dates and daily hours vary with the season, so visitors should check the operator's current notice or call before travelling.
Driver and passenger choices
- Solo drivers: the published minimum is 4ft 7in, or 140cm.
- Younger passengers: children below the solo-driving height can ride in a double kart with an adult.
- Kiddie cars: a separate electric-car activity is available for younger children.
- Final fit: staff make the on-site decision about safe control of a kart and passenger pairing.
Groups and other activities
The attraction caters for casual family visits as well as birthdays, school outings, reunions and company groups. The operator asks groups of eight or more to reserve rather than relying on ordinary walk-in capacity.
Before you visit
