Speedworld Indoor Kart Track runs two levels of kart experience at 575 C Berry Street. New drivers can start with the 40km/h fleet, while eligible drivers can move to the faster 50km/h machines.
Driver eligibility
- 40km/h karts: minimum age 12 and minimum height 150 centimetres.
- 50km/h karts: minimum height is also 150 centimetres.
- Ages 16-17: a valid Canadian or US driver licence is required for the faster fleet.
- Age 18+: government photo ID and the published $100 damage deposit replace the licence requirement.
Fit, groups and alternatives
- Weight: published maximums are 200lb for 40km/h karts and 300lb for 50km/h karts.
