Athboy Karting Centre runs an 850-metre outdoor track with ten corners near Lisclogher Little. Its Sodi SR5 rental fleet uses 9hp Honda engines and the operator publishes a top speed of approximately 60km/h.

Driver access and sessions

• Minimum: regular karting starts at age 13 and a height of 150cm.
• Starter and teen: the entry format provides 20 minutes of driving.
• Adult: the main adult product provides 30 minutes on track.
• Grand Prix: groups from eight drivers can choose structured practice, heats and a final, with larger groups split across races.

Arrival and safety
