What are the height requirements?

The absolute minimum height for Juniors (9+) is 137cm (4ft 6in). They are very strict on this and will check "bend-in-knee" to ensure the child can reach the pedals safely.

Can adults and juniors race together?

Yes, in Time Trial/Family sessions. However, in "Grand Prix" or "Sprint" formats, they are usually separated for safety and speed consistency.

Is it open every day?

Yes. Open 7 days a week from 10:00 AM until late (typically 9:00 PM or 10:00 PM). They only close 4 days a year (Christmas period).

Do I need to book?

Essential. As Ireland's most popular indoor track, walk-ins are rarely successful, especially on weekends. Online booking is available for time trials.

Is there a dress code?

Closed-toe shoes are a must. They provide sanitized race suits, helmets, and gloves. If you have a "borderline" height child, ensure they wear flat shoes for the measurement check.
