About WhiteRiver Karting
WhiteRiver Park is a purpose-built outdoor karting complex near Collon in County Louth, with a 1.2km, 16-corner International Circuit and a separate 900m club configuration. Public rental uses BirelART N35 270cc karts for drivers aged over 14 and taller than 152cm, with time trials, Grand Prix and endurance formats plus separate owner-kart testing and race meetings. The official booking route is now linked, and groups should arrive at least 30 minutes early with closed footwear for sign-on, safety equipment and briefing.

The WhiteRiver circuits
WhiteRiver Park sits beside the M1 near Collon. Its International Circuit is published as 1.2km long with 16 corners and capacity for up to 24 rental drivers, while the shorter club configuration is about 900m.
The facility supports both public rental and owner-driver motorsport. Rental karts and race karts do not share the circuit at the same time, so each activity follows its own calendar.
Rental formats
- Time trial: a 20-minute open session with no minimum group size.
- Double session: two 20-minute sessions can be selected.
- Grand Prix: minimum 12 drivers for qualifying and a grid-start race.
- Team endurance: minimum 30 participants in teams with qualifying and relay stints.
Drivers and equipment
Rental drivers must be over age 14 and over 152cm, meeting both rules. The BirelART N35 fleet uses 270cc engines, and the operator supplies safety equipment including wet-weather protection when required.
Before booking
- Arrive 30 minutes early: sign-on, briefing and changing happen before the track session.
- Wear closed shoes: open toes and high heels are not accepted.
- Plan for weather: the circuit has strong drainage but outdoor conditions can still affect the visit.
- Choose the correct access: use public booking for rentals and contact the circuit separately for owner-kart testing or events.
