Directory Listing Terms

You must give accurate identity and authority information. We may request evidence such as an organisation-domain email, website verification or documentation. A claim gives management access; it does not transfer ownership of our page, database or design.

Keep names, addresses, contact details, facilities, opening information and material restrictions accurate. Clearly identify promotional claims. Do not conceal closures, impersonate competitors, manipulate categories or include misleading prices, availability or safety information.

The venue remains responsible for its operations, risk assessments, equipment, staff, insurance, licences, briefings and participant requirements. Listing information does not replace on-site instructions or the venue’s own terms.

You retain ownership of content you supply. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, resize, format, translate and display it for operating, promoting and archiving the directory. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions, including for people shown in media.

Claiming a listing does not give control over independent reviews, user contributions or editorial coverage. You may report inaccuracies or unlawful content. We may keep a record of material edits and resolve conflicting claims using the evidence available.

Any paid package will state its price, term, included features and renewal rules before purchase. Payment does not guarantee ranking, traffic, enquiries or bookings unless expressly stated. Sponsored placement will be identified where required.

We may suspend a claim or edit access where authority is disputed, the organisation changes hands, information is misleading, an account is compromised or these terms are breached. We will provide a reasonable review route where appropriate.
