KartDirectory.Racing provides advertising and application-routing tools. Unless clearly stated, we are not the employer, recruitment decision-maker or employment agency and do not guarantee applicants, interviews or hires.
The operator must obtain advice on whether its jobs activity falls within employment-agency legislation as the service grows.
Adverts must accurately describe the role, location or remote status, employment basis, material qualifications, application method and closing date. Pay information, where included, must not mislead. Do not advertise nonexistent roles, unlawful arrangements, prohibited fees, pyramid schemes or opportunities designed primarily to collect personal information.
You must comply with applicable equality, employment, immigration, wage, working-time, health-and-safety and recruitment laws. Do not state or imply unlawful discrimination. Any occupational requirement must be objectively lawful and documented by the employer.
Use applicant information only for the stated recruitment process, keep it secure, limit access and provide required privacy information. You are an independent controller for candidate information you receive and must honour applicable rights and retention rules. Do not add applicants to marketing lists without a separate lawful basis.
We may request evidence, correct formatting, reject, pause or remove an advert that is misleading, expired, unlawful, unsafe, duplicated or contrary to these terms. Review does not transfer the employer’s responsibility to us.
The selected package, price, taxes, publication period and included features are shown before purchase. Payment does not guarantee acceptance. If we reject a paid advert before publication for reasons unrelated to your breach, we will provide an appropriate refund. Consumer cancellation rules generally do not apply to business advertising purchases, but mandatory rights remain.
Placement, views, applications and recruitment outcomes vary. We do not guarantee search position, applicant volume, applicant suitability or a successful hire unless a written package expressly says otherwise.
Report inaccurate, discriminatory, fraudulent or unsafe adverts through the contact page. We may share relevant information with the employer, affected person, regulator or law-enforcement body where lawful and necessary.
