The terms that apply when you purchase downloadable track guides, track maps or other digital products.

Policy details
Your contract is with KartCentrix unless the checkout clearly identifies another seller. The seller’s legal name, geographical address, email address and registration details must be displayed before production sales begin.
Product pages describe the included files, format, intended use, compatibility and licence tier. Check that the format and licence meet your needs before ordering. Preview images may be reduced, watermarked or illustrative.
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we accept the order and send confirmation or make the download available. We may refuse or cancel an order before acceptance for pricing errors, suspected fraud, unavailable content or legal restrictions and will return any payment taken.
The total price and currency are shown before payment, including applicable taxes where required. Payment is processed by Stripe or another identified provider. We do not store full card details.
We deliver to the account or email supplied at checkout. You are responsible for entering a usable email address and safeguarding download links. Contact us if accepted digital content is not supplied within the stated time.
Where consumer law gives you a cooling-off period for digital content, we will ask for your express agreement to immediate supply and acknowledgement that the cancellation right is lost once downloading or access begins. If you do not give that acknowledgement, delivery may be delayed until the cancellation period ends.
Digital content must match its description, be of satisfactory quality and be fit for a disclosed purpose where mandatory consumer law applies. Contact us with the order number if a file is missing, corrupt or materially misdescribed so we can provide a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund as the law requires. These terms do not reduce statutory rights.
Purchase grants the non-exclusive, non-transferable licence stated on the product page. Unless the relevant licence expressly permits it, do not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share source files, remove rights notices or use a product as a standalone asset in another product for sale. Ownership of intellectual property does not transfer.
A purchase includes only the files and updates expressly described at checkout. We may retire older products, but this does not remove rights relating to an accepted order. Keep a secure copy after download.
