Is this the track with the petrol karts?

No. Game Over is 100% Electric. (If you want the smell and sound of petrol engines, you need to go to Supa Karts in Sydenham).

Where exactly is it?

It is located at 211 Blenheim Road, Riccarton. Landmark: It is in the commercial strip near the Tower Junction/Riccarton area, not far from the Hagley Park side of town.

What is the minimum age?

- Juniors: Ages 7 to 12 (Minimum height 120 cm). - Adults: Ages 13+ (Minimum height 140 cm). Note: Adults and Juniors usually race in separate sessions for safety.

Are electric karts faster?

In terms of acceleration, yes. They pull away from corners much faster than a standard petrol rental kart. However, top speed is electronically limited to suit the indoor track size (usually around 45–50 km/h).

Do I need to book?

Yes. It is a very popular spot for birthday parties. Booking online secures your slot.

Is there Laser Tag?

While some Game Over locations (like Queenstown) have Laser Tag, the Christchurch location primarily focuses on Karting and Arcade. Always check their current website to see if new attractions have been added.
