These Website Terms apply to KartDirectory.Racing and its country editions. By using the website, you agree to these terms.
Some activities have additional terms. Booking, posting a job, purchasing a download, claiming a directory listing or contributing content means the relevant service terms also apply. If service terms conflict with these Website Terms, the service terms take priority for that activity.

You must provide accurate information, keep sign-in details secure and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been misused. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless the law provides otherwise.
You must be legally able to enter the relevant agreement. Additional age or authority requirements may apply to purchases, bookings, employer accounts and organisation listings.
Do not break the law, infringe rights, impersonate another person, introduce malicious code, bypass security, send spam, scrape abusively, overload the service or use automated access contrary to published technical controls. Reasonable indexing by recognised search engines is permitted.
We work to keep venue, organisation, event, job and editorial information useful and accurate, but information can change without notice. Check material details—including opening times, prices, eligibility, safety rules and availability—with the relevant provider before travelling, purchasing or booking.
Rankings, reviews, guides and editorial content are information and opinion, not professional advice or a guarantee of outcome.
Links, embedded services and provider information may take you to an independent organisation. Unless we clearly say otherwise, that organisation is responsible for its service, fulfilment, safety, content, pricing and terms. A link does not mean we endorse everything on the destination website.
The website design, branding, databases, software, maps and original editorial content belong to us or our licensors. You may use the website for its intended personal or business purpose, but may not reproduce, sell, republish or build a competing database from protected material without permission or another lawful basis.
These website terms apply to browsing and accounts. The relevant service terms also apply when you use bookings, job adverts, the shop, directory claims, community contributions, article submissions or marketplace listings. The specific service terms address that service; any individual order details must be disclosed before acceptance. Mandatory law takes priority over all terms. A privacy notice explains processing; it is not permission for every optional use. A description of an optional service does not mean it is available in your territory.
We may maintain, improve, suspend or withdraw features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Where a change affects an existing paid order or confirmed service, any contractual and statutory rights continue to apply.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where that would be unlawful, including mandatory consumer rights, fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. We remain responsible for our own service and any duties the law places on us. Venues, employers and marketplace sellers are responsible for their own services, but this does not remove any responsibility we have for our own conduct. Claims and remedies are determined by applicable law; these terms do not introduce a monetary liability cap.
We may restrict or end access where reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these terms, comply with law or address security and abuse. Where appropriate, we will explain the decision and provide a route to challenge it.
Contact us with the relevant page, order or booking reference and the outcome you seek so that we can investigate. You may use any regulator, dispute-resolution service or court available to you under applicable law. These terms do not impose compulsory arbitration, waive collective remedies or prevent a consumer from using courts and mandatory protections available where they live. Applicable law and jurisdiction are determined by the relevant legal rules; selecting a country edition or language does not waive those protections.
We may update these terms for legal, security or service changes. We will publish the revised date and give reasonable notice of material changes where required. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued rights.
Consumer protections vary with residence, the seller and the transaction. UK and Irish/EEA distance-contract cancellation rights have conditions and exceptions, including certain dated leisure activities and digital supply begun with the required express consent and acknowledgement. Do not assume every karting purchase or download is automatically exempt.
Australian consumer guarantees and applicable New Zealand consumer guarantees and fair-trading protections are not excluded. Canadian provincial consumer rights, Brazilian consumer rights including applicable distance-purchase withdrawal rights, US federal/state protections and applicable UAE consumer protections remain in force. A private marketplace sale may have different protections from a trader sale. We do not replace a refund required by law with compulsory store credit.
The seller, total payable price and currency, delivery or fulfilment arrangements, renewal conditions and applicable cancellation instructions must be disclosed for the actual offer before you commit. A translation does not take away mandatory local language rights.
