About TeamSport Sheffield
TeamSport Sheffield is an indoor petrol-kart venue at Tinsley Industrial Estate on Shepcote Way. Its current 950m circuit runs across two levels with 15 corners and uses Biz Evo3XP adult karts and Biz Evo cadet karts, replacing the stale 475m specification in the imported record. Cadet racing starts at age eight with a 25-inch inside-leg requirement, while adult karts start at age 13 with a 29-inch requirement, subject in both cases to safe control of the kart.

A 950m multi-level indoor circuit
TeamSport Sheffield operates a 950-metre indoor track split across two levels at Tinsley Industrial Estate. The current track page lists 15 corners, long straights and ramps, with up to 20 karts on the circuit.
The fleet is petrol powered: Biz Evo3XP adult karts use Honda GX200RH engines, while Biz Evo cadet karts use Honda GX160RH engines.
Cadet and adult eligibility
- Cadet age: the junior category is published for ages eight to 12.
- Cadet fit: drivers need an inside-leg measurement of at least 25 inches and must be able to operate the controls safely.
- Adult age: adult karting starts at age 13.
- Adult fit: drivers need an inside-leg measurement of at least 29 inches and must pass the safe-control check.
Sessions, groups and facilities
Public racing, Race Academy sessions, parties and corporate groups are booked through the current TeamSport availability flow. Helmets, race suits and gloves are issued after check-in and before the mandatory safety briefing, while the venue also provides food, a bar and spectator space.
